Event Sponsorship 2012 Show

Bear In The Chair Package - $1,000.00

This is an INDIVIDUAL-level sponsorship.The cost of this package is $1,000 and includes:

• Name in the program poster
• Name on the ProjectBlues.org web site
• Recognized by name by the Bear In The Chair on stage during the Project Blues “Blues Review”
• Table for two at the event
• Project Blues and Bear In The Chair T-shirts (one of each shirt)

Delta Blues Artist’s Package - $2,000.00

This is an ARTIST-level sponsorship and will help defray the costs related to bringing in top-level Blues talent for the first annual show. We will accept four Delta Blues Package Sponsors. The cost of this package is $2,000 per artist sponsored and includes:

• Name and/or Logo on the event poster
• Name and/or Logo on the ProjectBlues.org web site
• Name and/or Logo on Venue banner signage
• <Sponsor Name> Presents! <Artist Name> announcement on stage.
• Autographed copy of all show talent current CD’s (where available)
• Table for 4 at the event
• Mentioned in press releases and other media opportunities
• Two back stage passes to meet and greet the artists, escorted
• Available Artists
• Johnnie Bassett, Ray Fuller and the Blues Rockers

Chicago Blues Event Package $5,000.00

Going to Chicago is an event in itself. This is an EVENT-level sponsorship and also will sponsor the Featured Artists and will give the sponsor an elevated level of involvement in this great Project Blues event. The cost of this package is $5,000 and includes the following:

• Project Blues “Blues Review” Presented by YOUR NAME
• Everything in the Delta Blues Package, and additionally
• Large and prominent name and/or logo on the event poster.
• Prominent size and positioning of name and/or logo and click-through to your web site on the ProjectBlues.org web site
• Prominent name and/or logo on stage banner signage
• Autographed copies of all show talent current CD’s (where available)
• Table for 10 at the event
• Mentioned in press releases and other media opportunities for this event
• Four back stage passes to meet and greet the artists, escorted
• Opportunity to send representatives with the Project Blues team to visit clinics through the year

Texas Blues Package - $10,000.00

As BIG as Texas. This is a FOUNDATION level sponsorship for one year and will give the sponsor a Project Blues foundation level exposure. Everything Project Blues produces, all of our Media exposure will include your name for a 12-month period. We will accept 1 Texas Blues Package Sponsors. The cost of this package is $10,000 and includes the following:

• Everything in the Chicago Blues Package, and additionally:
• Project Blues Sponsored by YOUR NAME
• Prominent Logo on all Project Blues materials and the Event Poster.
• Prominent size and positioning of logo with click-through on the ProjectBlues.org web site
• Prominent logo on stage banner signage
• Two autographed copies of all show talent current CD’s (where available)
• Table for 10 at the event
• Mentioned in all press releases and other media opportunities for one year
• Four back stage passes to meet and greet the artists, escorted
